Called for service, got immediate answer to call, would be there 1st thing next day. Gary and Brian arrived 9am, they needed new motor, we’re back at 12:30 and finished 1:30. Everything working fine, very friendly, great customer service. Would highly recommend!
My name is Steven & I had a problem with my garage door opener. I was advised professionally by Gary and Brian that it would be better for me to replace my door opener rather then to repair the gage door opener that I had been using for 11 years. I am happy I did. Now I have a door opener that could very well give me another 11 years of service apposed to a already well used opener that may break down again in a year or so. Thanks Gary and Brian. You guys rock!!!
Gary and Brian are the best, they are an example of outstanding customer service going beyond service expectation. They responded fast to our call about a broken tension spring. Their workmanship is top quality and fair price.
They repaired a damaged door and replaced the opener on another door with a quiet high tech opener. They came out very quickly and they did all the work as promised. I highly recommend Advanced Overhead Door!
I had a spring to break and my garage door would not go up all the way and I could not open manually. I called 2 other garage door companies and did not get even a call back. I found Gary’s number for Advanced Overhead Door and he came out that afternoon to temporarily repair my door while ordering my part. In less than 48 hours Gary and Brian had repaired my door and even lubed all the rollers, hinges , tracks and springs!
I would highly recommend Advanced Overhead Door to anyone who is in need of repairs or just regular service. It pays to get someone with over 30 years of experience because they know what they are doing and they give A++ customer service.
Called Advanced Overhead Door and they were at my house 30 minutes later. The repair was quick, efficient and in better shape than the original nstallation. They also went beyond just the repair and serviced the entire door unit. Very firendly, I highly recommend.
Gary and Brian performed installation of a broken torsion spring in a timely and professional manner. They were able to provide temporary repair while a proper spring was obtained to allow use of the door until final repair could be completed the following day. The team conducted complementing lubrication service to all required components . A second door was also inspected, lubed and adjusted without charge.
Their service was viewed as timely, thorough and reasonably priced with only necessary component supply (an absence of price padding). I wouldn’t hesitate to use his service again.
I would definitely recommend Gary and Brian for any of your garage door needs. They quickly fixed an issue with the garage door sensors which prevented the door from closing when in sunlight. I had just put up with this for a very long time. My new garage door was installed in a professional manner and when they said they would.
