A construction worker accidentally pushed the opener’s button before setting the door operator limits. Consequently, the door went all the way back to the track’s end causing it to be upside door and backward.

In order to fix the problem, we had to first take all tension off the torsion springs by using come along and cable keepers. Then we reinstalled the Wayne-Dalton mahogany door and installed new 3-inch steel rollers. We adjusted its spring counterbalance, operator limits and tested it.
